Chef Ylfa Helgadóttir, Chef de Cuisine and Owner of Reykjavik’s Kopar restaurant, will join with Chef Tom Coohill to build a multi-course prix fixe menu that showcase some of Iceland’s finest ingredients. Reservations are suggested.
You may also choose to participate in a hands-on cocktail course where Coohills’ Bar Manager, Joshua Tallent, will demonstrate how to craft a drink with Reyka Vodka and Icelandic ingredients (Thurs, Sept. 24 – Sat, Sept. 26).
Icelandic artist Ólöf Björg will be outside of Coohills from 3 – 7pm each evening painting watercolors for guests to enjoy.
