Lucky Pie Pizza & Taphouse was founded by Brendan McManus in 2012. They now have 3 locations, in Old Town Louisville, Downtown Denver, and Niwot. They believe in quality above all else. Their Chefs make their dough fresh every day from organic Colorado flour. It’s hand stretched, topped with locally sourced ingredients and cooked in a hand-built brick oven. They make everything in house, including their mozzarella. They have a respect and dedication to local farmers and ranchers, which is why their menu changes with the grow season. They also happen to be serious beer nerds. With over 60 taps between their three locations, they have an incredible selection of craft beer curated by people that know their shit. Pizza. Beer. Love.

Fresh, organic, local products of quality.

They source the best local and domestic producers they can find. During the summer, their produce comes almost exclusively from Isabelle farms in Lafayette, CO, and Oxford Gardens in Boulder, CO, as well as their own organic garden. Their pork comes from Cone Ranch in Julesburg, Colorado, their eggs from Wisdom’s Natural Poultry in Haxtun, 100% grass fed beef from Colorful Ranch in E. Denver, Colorado.
